Yikes! I realized last night that Matthew's 10 year high school reunion is in June! I have got to get some weight shed and be presentable. I want to look good for Matthew when we return to his high school scene!
Here is the new plan. I have been walking outdoors with Harper every day after school. We are buying a treadmill on Mother's Day. And I plan to follow the South Beach Supercharged diet start May 3rd.
I'll report back in on Day 1 of the diet.

Workout Tunes
There are about 30 songs on my playlist for my runs. I have to change songs frequently to get through my workout. Right now the two saving songs for me are "Back That Azz Up" by Juvenile and "Rock That Body" by Black Eyed Peas. What are you all listening to? I would love to get some suggestions as to what to download for my upcoming workouts.

Pants
Ok! So I was really pumped to put on a pair of pants this a.m. that I hadn't worn in over 2 years. They were a little snug but I was comfy. I asked Matt if he thought they were too tight and he said if I was comfortable I should be good to go. Well...I was headed out the door and dropped the bag of Harper's diapers. I bent over to pick them up and they ripped right on the seem! Ha! I guess I was getting ahead of myself on the progress! Oh Well! Thank goodness it happened at home and NOT at school!

Ruby Tuesdays
Last night I went out to dinner with some girlfriends. I was determined to get something half way healthy. I was going to order a quesadilla but the swiss cheese deterred me from it. So I ended up ordering the Santa Fe Chicken Salad. It was delicious and I ate almost the whole thing...I wanted to see how badly or how well I did with my choice so I looked up Ruby Tuesday's nutrition guide and to my surprise I didn't do that bad...
