Last night I went out to dinner with some girlfriends. I was determined to get something half way healthy. I was going to order a quesadilla but the swiss cheese deterred me from it. So I ended up ordering the Santa Fe Chicken Salad. It was delicious and I ate almost the whole thing...I wanted to see how badly or how well I did with my choice so I looked up Ruby Tuesday's nutrition guide and to my surprise I didn't do that bad...
Santa Fe Chicken Salad 675 Calories, 35g Fat, 8g Fiber
NOT...exactly diet food but it is better than some of the other choices!

If you are never too sure what to order, check out the online menu prior to going and most list all the nutrional info. Also, asking for dressing on the side helps save calories and fat :)
