I love how Girl Scout Cookies start getting sold right after the holidays. I just told myself that this year was going to be the year to lose the weight, again. But I just found myself buying a box of Tagalongs from a 2nd grader AND I told two other Girl Scouts that I would buy a box from them.
I weigh more than I ever have in my entire life. I am continually disappointed in myself for eating terribly and not working out enough. In my heart, I don't want to be a fat mom and I want to set a good example for my daughter. I joined Cardinal fitness back at the end of November and I have been there 5 times since then. It is time to take control of my life!
I talked with a co-worker this a.m. about the YMCA in DeKalb. She has worked out for 10 days in a row. It got me thinking...why don't we start a Biggest Loser competition/challenge at school....more to follow.

A suggestion: Get the Nike app for your iPhone. There is a little thing that goes in your sneakers and it tracks your workouts online! It is quite awesome!

I have that device and used it with my ITouch. Thanks for reminding me. I wish it tracked elliptical workouts but I like the treadmill too!
